Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy—you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Return Shipping Labels:

  • Defective Products: We provide a prepaid return label (free shipping).
  • Customer Remorse (e.g., personal preference): You cover return shipping costs.

Fees & Refunds:

  • No restocking fees apply.
  • Defective Items: Contact us for repairs/replacements; refunds issued if unresolved.
  • Customer Remorse Returns: Refund of product price (shipping fees non-refundable), processed within 2 business days of inspection approval. Allow additional time for your payment provider to process.

Exchanges: Return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations: Full refunds issued if orders are canceled due to unavailability or issues.
